Reliable Drugs was located at 123 West First Street in downtown Duluth. It was owned and operated by Paul Arthur Winer (1908-1999). Paul was a son of Jennie Ostrov and Abraham Winer. The following ads were published in the Duluth East High School yearbook in the years indicated. |

Paul passed away in 1999 at the age of 91. His wife Sara passed away in 1996.
