Charles Grais, of Bagley, who is quite well known in Bemidji, was yesterday acquitted of a charge of grand larceny before the Clearwater county district court at Bagley. Grais was accused of stealing a number of cords of wood, but the charge was not proven to the satisfaction of the jury. L. H. Bailey of this city appeared for Gris at the trial. Cropped
