Deceased Name: ROSE A. SCHRABER
Rose A. Schraber, 93, of Du-luth, died Saturday, June 7.
She was born in Superior January 22, 1910. She was a life long member of Hadassah and Bnai Brith Women. She was married to Harry H. Schraber for 63 years, until his death in 1995.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lena & David Blu-menthal; and sister, Mildred Blumenthal.
She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Sondra and Marvin Ross, Houston, Texas, son Mark Schraber, Duluth, son and daughter-in-law Ger-ald and Sharon Schraber, Plymouth, Minn., daughter Vicki Schraber, Minneapolis, Minn., son and daughter-in-law David and Paula Schraber, Eagen, Minn.; grandchildren Jeff and Tara Ross, Alan and Gwynne Ross, Steve and Ethy Ross, all of Houston, Texas, Lisa and Steve Thoms of Ne-vada, Nicole Schraber of Chi-cago, Ill., Brett and Debbie Schraber, Golden Valey, Minn., Adam and Sam Schraber, Eagen, Minn.; and seven great-grandchildren; also sister Es-ther Kaner, Superior; sister-in-laws Ruth Davidson, Duluth, and Betty Pinks, Miami Beach, Fla.; and many loving nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to express their great appreciation to their brother, Mark Schraber, for his love and devotion in takingcare of his mother Rose for seven years. Also, special thanks to Caregiver Karen Spencer. Rose brought love and wisdom into the lives of everyone that were fortunate to know her. Family and Judaism were strong val-ues in her life. She will be greatly missed by all that known her, but will live on in our hearts forever.
SERVICES: 11:30 a.m. grave-side services on Wednesday, June 11, at Adas Israel Ceme-tery, Howard Genesen Road, Duluth. Memorials preferred to the Harry and Rose Schraber Endowment Fund Temple of Aaron Synagogue St. Paul, Minnesota. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E. 2nd St.
