Rita Schibel Marks Berg, 80, of Virginia, Minn., and formerly of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, July 23, 2000.

The Virginia native was a member of Mount Zion Temple in St. Paul and an active member in Brandeis University Women and Hadassah.

Surviving are a daughter, Susan King of Fort Wayne; a son, Steven Marks of Homewood, Ill.; sisters Dolly Miller of Minneapolis and Harriet Joseph of Denver; and four grandchildren.

Memorial services are 1 p.m. today at Bauman Chapel, Virginia. Graveside services will be at Hebrew Cemetery, Virginia.

Memorials are to the Congregation Achduth Vesholom in Fort Wayne.
